  3. Hence find \(\int \left( 1 + \frac { 3 } { x ^ { 2 } } \right) ^ { 2 } \mathrm {~d} x\).
  4. Hence find the exact value of \(\int _ { 1 } ^ { 3 } \left( 1 + \frac { 3 } { x ^ { 2 } } \right) ^ { 2 } \mathrm {~d} x\).
