  3. Hence show that \(\int _ { 0 } ^ { 1 } \frac { 4 } { ( x + 1 ) ^ { 2 } ( x + 3 ) ^ { 2 } } \mathrm {~d} x = \frac { 7 } { 12 } - \ln \frac { 3 } { 2 }\).
