A particle \(P\) of mass \(m\) moves in horizontal circles on the inner surface of the bowl, at a height \(x\) above the lowest point of the bowl. The speed of \(P\) is \(\sqrt { \frac { 8 } { 3 } } \mathrm { ga }\).
