5. Given that $$y = \frac { x ^ { 4 } - 3 } { 2 x ^ { 2 } }$$

find $\frac { \mathrm { d } y } { \mathrm {~d} x }$,
show that $\frac { \mathrm { d } ^ { 2 } y } { \mathrm {~d} x ^ { 2 } } = \frac { x ^ { 4 } - 9 } { x ^ { 4 } }$.
